BatchLeads

you run list-based outreach at volume and have the team to work it. Seat counts are unusually generous, and 26 users on Scale is well past what competitors include.

Skip it if you do a handful of deals a year. Entry is $119/month for 10,000 monthly leads, which is priced for marketing volume you will not use. PropStream Essentials is cheaper for the same job at solo scale.

Deal finding

DealMachine

you drive for dollars or work off owner data and want the list and the mail in one place.

Skip it if you are a solo buy-and-hold investor. Per-seat pricing plus data credits makes this expensive for someone analyzing a few on-market deals a year.

PropStream

you market to lists. The nationwide data and 140-plus filters are the category default, and Pro upward bundles skip-tracing credits that would otherwise be a separate bill.

Skip it if you only analyze deals you already found. This is a lead-generation tool with a $99 floor, and none of that spend helps you underwrite. DealCheck does the analysis for $0.

Multi-tool

Re:InvestorHub

We build this one. It is listed on the same terms as everything else.

you are already paying for four or five point tools that do not share a property record, and consolidating onto one system is worth more to you than having the best tool for each individual job.

Skip it if you need one job done well. Entry is $99/mo, which is priced as a whole stack. A free analyzer and a $12 rent collector cover a single-property landlord for a fraction of it, and several tools listed here beat it at their own job.

REsimpli

you are wholesaling and currently paying for a CRM, skip tracing, direct mail and list stacking separately. Bundled, it is cheaper than the parts.

Skip it if you buy and hold. You are paying for outbound marketing machinery you will never use. DealCheck plus a bookkeeping tool costs a tenth of this.
